You may recall me talking about this before…Wholefoods are colored the way they are for a specific reason. Each color group has meaning and can influence how you feel. Let’s take a look at YELLOW wholefoods: Yellow is the color of sunshine. It’s associated with joy, happiness, intellect and energy! It produces a warming effect, arouses cheerfulness, stimulates mental activity and generates muscle energy. Eat plenty of foods in the yellow, plant food spectrum like Corn, Lemons, Pineapple and a summer favorite – Mangoes!
