<p>Each banana is full of Potassium, Folate and Vitamin B6 for your heart and bones. It also contains Vitamins A and C for protection. The banana is also packed with <a href="http://dontolmanusa.com/self-care/life-extension-fiber-fulfills/" target="_blank">Fiber </a>for regularity and Melatonin for adjusting your internal clock.</p>
<p>In fact, bananas are one of the foods selected to display the American Heart Association’s stamp of approval which is peachy-neato! This means that they meet the AHA’s standard for saturated animal fat and cholesterol because they have none!</p>
<p>Bananas are an inexpensive, wholesome fruit that even comes in its own germ-proof package. Even though it doesn’t matter a tinkers damn, bananas also contain only around 100 calories each.  Seriously though, bananas are essentially one of those &#8216;real&#8217; foods that you can eat without guilt!</p>

<p><strong>HEARTBURN</strong></p>
<p>Despite its name, <strong>heartburn doesn&#8217;t affect the heart.</strong> Heartburn is a <strong>burning feeling</strong> in the <strong>lower chest</strong>, along with a sour or bitter taste in the throat and mouth generally resulting from food that has gone down the &#8216;wrong way&#8217;.<br />
<strong><em><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><br />
Tips for preventing Heartburn:</span></em></strong></p>
<ul>
<li>Drink      a glass of fresh cabbage or celery juice everyday</li>
<li>Drink      raw potato juice (do not peel the potato). Just wash it and put it in the      juicer. Mix the juice with equal amount water. Drink it 3 times a day.</li>
<li>Sip 1      tablespoon of raw apple cider vinegar, mixed with a glass of water while      eating. Do not drink any other liquids with meals.</li>
</ul>
<p>Try these things next time you experience heartburn and things should be <strong>back to normal for you in no time.</strong></p>
