They Are The Best Way to Get Nutrient Density

1. Whole foods Are the Most Nutrient dense. By eating whole foods, we get all the nutrients that we need for excellent health, including vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients, essential fatty acids, fiber and more for the least number of calories.
2. The Healthiest Foods Are Whole Foods. Whole foods have not been highly processed nor do they contain synthetic, artificial or irradiated ingredients.
3. Surprisingly most of the Healthiest Foods are Familiar Foods. These include everyday foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices.
4. The Healthiest Foods Are Affordable. Not only are Whole foods familiar and available they are also affordable, especially if you purchase them locally.
