Fasting has existed since the beginning of life on earth. It helps to purify the body of pollutants, thereby improving bodily health and function.
So, Fast to give your digestive system a rest every once in a while. It will help rid your body of excess toxins, waste products, acids, proteins, fat deposit and medicinal residues which will help prevent cancer and other innumerable diseases.
