<p>1. <strong> Whole foods Are the Most Nutrient dense.</strong> By eating whole foods, we get all the nutrients that we need for excellent health, including vitamins, minerals, phytonutrients,, essential fatty acids, fiber and more for the least number of calories.</p>
<p>2. <strong> The Healthiest Foods Are Whole Foods.</strong> Whole foods have not been highly processed nor do they contain synthetic, artificial or irradiated ingredients.</p>
<p>3.  <strong> Surprisingly most of the Healthiest Foods are Familiar Foods. </strong> These include everyday foods like vegetables, fruits, whole grains, nuts and seeds, herbs and spices.</p>
<p>4.  <strong> The Healthiest Foods Are Affordable.</strong> Not only are Whole foods familiar and available they are also affordable, especially if you purchase them locally.</p>
